Our story
BakEasy started in 2025 as Sam brought her skills and passion for food from Paris, France to Vancouver, Canada. Searching for less processed, less sweet and quality pastries, Sam decided to create her own:
“From my childhood memories of a bakery that felt like a world of magic to becoming the chef behind my own creations, my journey with pastry has been a lifelong passion.
Inspired by the balance and artistry of pastry-making, I create high-quality, handcrafted baked goods with all my heart.”
